Acceptance
By accessing webridgehub.click or engaging WebRidge Programming Advisory (“WebRidge,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request consulting services through it.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, rates, and engagement stages are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a written brief or statement of work. Website forms do not create a contract for consulting delivery.
Intellectual property
Site content — including text, visual design, and downloadable artefacts we publish — remains WebRidge property unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Client materials shared during discovery remain the client’s property. Engagement deliverables are licensed for the client’s internal use as stated in the statement of work.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, submit automated spam through forms, scrape content for resale, or misrepresent affiliation with WebRidge.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, WebRidge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For consulting engagements, liability caps and professional indemnity terms appear in the signed statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Warranties
The website is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that informational rate guidance will match a future quote.

Links to external resources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
