Use this when a board, CTO, or programme lead needs an external view before funding a refactor or a multi-quarter platform initiative. The deliverable is a written review, not a workshop series.

- Structured interviews with up to six technical stakeholders
- Risk register covering coupling, data ownership, operational readiness, and release friction
- Prioritised recommendations with rough effort bands
- One 90-minute readout
Not included
Hands-on refactoring facilitation or performance measurement campaigns. Those are separate consultations if the review finds they are warranted.
